Alongside our wider roofing and cladding supply offer, Leoclad works directly with selected manufacturers to develop and import fixings built around the demands of professional roofing and cladding applications.

Materials, drilling points and thread forms are matched to each intended application, with bonded sealing washers used to distribute the load and help seal around the fixing point. At the centre of the carbon steel roofing and cladding range is a premium multilayer RUSPERT® coating, with documented performance following 1,000 hours of neutral salt spray testing.

Defined specifications, dependable packaging, clear product identification and batch traceability support consistency from one order to the next. Core lines are held in UK stock, with technical data and supporting test information available for relevant products.

Stitchers

Designed for stitching profiled sheets together and securing flashings and trims. Suitable for joining two sheets, each up to 1.25mm thick.

The reduced No. 1 drill point clears the material before the thread engages, helping the fixing start accurately. A coarse thread provides firm engagement through the joined sheets.

Sheet to Light Section

Designed for fixing single skin sheets to cold rolled purlins and sections between 1.2mm and 3.5mm thick.

The No. 2 drill point cuts cleanly through light gauge steel. A coarse thread provides positive engagement with the supporting section.

Sheet to Heavy Section

Designed for fixing single skin sheets to hot rolled purlins and sections between 4.0mm and 12.0mm thick.

The extended No. 5 drill point penetrates heavier steel sections. A fine thread provides multiple points of engagement for a strong, secure connection.

Sheet to Timber

Designed for fixing single skin sheets to timber purlins and rails.

The gash point clears swarf as the fixing enters the timber. A coarse thread provides firm engagement and good pull-out resistance.

Composite Panel to Light Section

Designed for fixing composite panels to cold rolled purlins and sections between 1.2mm and 3.5mm thick.

The No. 2 drill point penetrates light gauge steel, while the lower coarse thread engages the supporting section. A wider high thread beneath the head engages the panel’s outer sheet and creates a defined clamping point.

Concrete Screws

Designed for direct fixing into concrete and suitable masonry without plugs or expansion anchors.

Installed into a predrilled hole, the cutting thread forms directly in the substrate to create a firm mechanical connection. The hex head provides positive drive control throughout installation.
