Specialist Imported Range
A focused range of premium roofing and cladding fixings, combining dependable performance, consistent product quality and reliable UK supply for contractors, distributors, merchants and specialist trade suppliers.
Alongside our wider roofing and cladding supply offer, Leoclad works directly with selected manufacturers to develop and import fixings built around the demands of professional roofing and cladding applications.
Materials, drill points and thread forms are matched to each intended application, with bonded sealing washers used to distribute the load and help seal around the fixing point. Selected carbon steel fixings feature a multilayer RUSPERT® coating tested for 1,000 hours under neutral salt spray conditions. Suitability and service life depend on the material, installation and environment.
Defined specifications, dependable packaging, clear product identification and batch traceability support consistency from one order to the next. Core lines are held in UK stock, with technical data and supporting test information available for relevant products.
Stitching Screws
Designed for stitching profiled sheets together and securing flashings and trims. Suitable for joining two sheets, each up to 1.25mm thick.
The reduced No. 1 drill point creates a hole smaller than the thread diameter, leaving material for the coarse thread to grip when joining the sheets.
Sheet to Light Steel
Designed for fixing single skin sheets to cold rolled steel purlins, rails and other supporting sections between 1.2mm and 3.5mm thick.
The No. 2 drill point drills through light gauge steel, while the coarse thread grips the supporting section to secure the sheet.
Sheet to Heavy Steel
Designed for fixing single skin sheets to hot rolled purlins and sections between 4.0mm and 12.5mm thick.
The extended No. 5 drill point drills through heavier steel sections, while the fine thread provides close thread engagement within the supporting steel.
Sheet to Timber
Designed for fixing single skin sheets to timber purlins and rails.
The gash point assists entry into the timber, while the coarse thread provides engagement with the supporting purlin or rail.
Composite Panel to Light Steel
Designed for fixing composite panels to cold rolled steel purlins, rails and other supporting sections between 1.2mm and 3.5mm thick.
The No. 2 drill point penetrates light gauge steel, while the lower coarse thread engages the supporting section. The larger-diameter upper support thread engages the panel’s outer sheet and helps support it beneath the head and sealing washer.
Composite Panel to Heavy Steel
Designed for fixing composite panels to hot rolled purlins and sections between 4.0mm and 12.5mm thick.
The extended No. 5 drill point penetrates heavier steel, while the lower fine thread provides secure engagement with the supporting section. The larger-diameter upper support thread engages the panel’s outer sheet and helps support it beneath the head and sealing washer.
Composite Panel to Timber
Designed for fixing composite panels to timber purlins and rails.
The gash point assists entry into the timber, while the lower coarse thread engages the supporting purlin or rail. The upper support thread engages the panel’s outer sheet and helps support it beneath the head and sealing washer.
Concrete Screws
Screws for direct fixing into concrete and suitable masonry, available with hex-head and countersunk options. The thread cuts into the sides of a predrilled hole to secure the fixing without a separate plug, with head options for surface-mounted or flush finishes.
